Wilderness Presidential Resort Will Offer 14 Park Model Surplus RV's, 11 Jon Boats and 2 Paddle Boats to the Highest Bidder!
*Preview*: A video tour of each RV unit is posted on our website. In-person previews available April 11th through April 24th from 8am-11am. Interested bidders must check in at the guard house upon entering the resort at 9220 Plank Rd, Spotsylvania, VA 22553.
All items are being Sold As-Is, Where Is, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect each item before bidding and shall rely solely upon information obtained through their own due diligence.
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid to determine the total sales price of each item.(ex. If you bid $10,000.00, there is a $1,000 Buyer’s Premium for a total sales price of $11,0000.00. Please keep this in mind when bidding.)
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash or Good Business/Personal Check (Adequate Funds - Drawn on a Virginia Bank), or wired funds.
Immediate transfer of titles for cash and wired funds payments ONLY.
ALL payments by check should be made payable to “At Auction Inc.”. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE in the Auction Company office NO LATER THAN Tuesday, April 28th at 4:00 p.m. (Please call our office at: 540-899-1776 before coming). For payments by personal or business check, all titles & RV’s will be held until Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 12 Noon. Titles will be released and available for pick up at our office on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 between the hours of 12 Noon and 4 PM. Our office address is:

ALL RV’s must be removed from the resort. They may NOT be purchased and returned back into Wilderness Resort by resort lot owners.
You MUST have your receipt and title, in-hand, to show to resort security personnel at the guard house, when removing RV’s & other auction purchases.
All RV’s, and other items, must be removed from Wilderness Resort property NO LATER THAN 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Failure to remove your purchase from the resort by this time can result in seizure of the unit, loss of your payment funds, and resale of the unit.
*IMPORTANT* ALL RV’s are 12 ft. wide “Park Models” & require relocation by a professional rigger/hauler (those licensed to tow a wide load). The Auction Company does not arrange for this service. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
*Bidding Process With For Sale At Auction App*
In order to bid online for this auction, all bidders must be registered with For Sale At Auction through our Bidding Application (available at the Apple App Store and Google Play - just search “For Sale At Auction”), or through our website at bid.forsaleatauction.biz. There is no fee to create your account. Registration requires a two-step process that: 1. Creates your account with username and password and: 2. Requires a registration form specifically for this auction which requires including a copy of a government issued I.D (Driver’s License, Military I.D., etc.). Once both registration steps are complete, the Auction Firm will manually approve your bidder status and you’ll be ready to place your bids. By bidding, you are representing to the Special Commissioner and Auction Firm that you have read, and agree to be bound by, all Terms and Conditions for this sale as stated herein. DO NOT BID unless you have read, and agree to be bound by, ALL of these non- negotiable Terms of Sale. Registration requests sent past 10 a.m. the day of the auction close may not be accepted. FUNCTIONALITY OF THE AUCTION BIDDING APP: This Online auction is controlled by our auction app software. The Auction Firm is not responsible for software functionality or lack thereof, internet malfunctions or connectivity issues, and/or bidding application or systems errors which could cause a bid to fail to be recognized, fail to successfully register an interested bidder, or recognize their bid. In the event of any bidding platform errors and/or related issues, the property could sell to the previous high bidder of record. There is no recourse, or remedy, implied or offered, to any online Bidders in the event of any aforementioned “errors” &/or “issues”.
A Brief Explanation of the Bidding Process* Interested Bidders can bid online any time during the timed auction bidding period. This “Timed” method is similar to how eBay operates. Bidders can enter their maximum bid amounts and walk away (with the software handling your bid increases automatically thereafter), or you can proactively enter each bid individually as you desire. You should receive “Push Notifications” whenever you are outbid by another Bidder. Any bid made in the closing two minutes of the auction will extend the bidding time on that property for an additional 2 minutes to allow the previous high bidder to receive their outbid notification, and allow them the opportunity to increase their bid.
